Suggestions for the development of life-long learning in higher education institutions from foreign collaboration partners

1. Create education programme so it would be captivating for academic field representatives, as well as for the rest of the society, including the employees!

2. Be encouraging for different types of education, for example, to the MOOC approach!

3. Create a possibility for students to contact each other, also with the help of social media!

4. Create collaboration nets and collaborate with similar institutions in Europe!

5. Collaborate with representative from business world!

6. Use teaching methods and materials, which are connected with the work space of participants!

7. Try to adapt while planning the work!

8. Take into consideration previous experience and informal education of students!

9. Involve in the teaching process only those teachers with a practical experience!
